学习工作经历
谢耘在1986、1988、以及1993年在清华大学电子工程系，分别获得学士，硕士和博士学位。并获得1986年优秀毕业生及1988年优秀硕士论文奖。 参加工作后，从做产品技术开发开始，逐步走向管理岗位。先后从事产品开发管理，技术管理，企业经营管理以及投资管理工作。 Yun Xie earned his Bachelor, Master and PhD degrees respectively in 1986, 1988 and 1993 from Electronic Engineering Department of Tsinghua University. He was awarded Outstanding Graduates of Tsinghua University and Best Thesis for Master Degree of Tsinghua University respectively in 1986 and 1988. In his career, he worked on various positions, such as product design engineer, product management, technical management, enterprise business management and M&A.

国防电子，消费电子以及IT产品与IT软件集成服务。主持或参与的产品开发有军用雷达，国内第一套电视数字加解扰系统，国内第一台基于Windows Mobile的掌上电脑等。在2002年，获得国家科技进步二等奖。 直接管理的企业，规模人数最多达到700人。并有管理中美日三方合资企业的经验。成功地让神州数码两个软件业首次获得盈利。并根据自己的经历，在2005年，写作并出版了《修炼－－我的职场十年》一书，2009新作《成长》。 Through all these years, the industries he worked in are quite diversified: Defense electronics, consumer electronics, IT product and IT software services. The major product developments he lead or got involved are military surveillance Radar, first local developed TV digital scrambler/disc rambler, first local developed Windows Mobile based Palm size PC. As a result, he was awarded Second National Award of progress in science and technology, in 2002. The scale of the enterprise he once managed had a staff of 700. And his management experience includes managing a Joint Venture of USA, Japan and China. As a GM or CEO, he successfully turned two software companies to be profitable the first time in the company's history. Based on his work experience, he wrote and published a book entitled <Self-discipline---ten years experience of my career>.
