| 摘 要：房地资源档案管理信息系统是适用于房地资源类档案的管理系统，系统实现档案条目的录入、审核、管理功能，通过影像扫描对档案进行数字化处理，并通过查阅功能实现档案利用，挖掘档案潜在的价值；系统实现了较强大的档案录入、档案检索、档案查阅、档案管理等功能，具有较强的扩展性和通用性。本文系统地介绍了房地资源档案管理信息系统的设计与实现。

Abstract: Housing Resource Archives System (HRAS) is suitable for filing housing resource related file. Through the system, users can input, audit and manage housing resource files. More important, one could easily translate the original hardcopy to electronic record file via scanning system and save to the HPMS system for browsing future or develop for other potential usage; HPMS does not only have a very strong engine to support housing property file input, browse, review and management, but has extendable and general feature.
This paper introduces the detail of main function development and describes the development process of sub management system.
